Cotecna Inspection S.A. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Shiva Analyticals (India) Private Limited, one of India’s leading analytical testing laboratories. The acquisition was completed on 5th September 2018.
Founded in 1997, Shiva Analyticals provides a range of solutions across numerous sectors, including food & beverages, minerals & ores, fuels & oil, pharmaceuticals, and industrial hygiene. The company’s state-of-the-art facilities are based in Bangalore, and their team of experts work with a broad range of companies across India and abroad.
