Mr. Nagaraj Ranganathan
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Nagaraj Ranganathan is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with a total of 30 years of experience, 25 years of which have been within the TIC Industry, in Business Development, Administration, and Team Management.
During his time with SGS India he held various positions across the business verticals of Industrial Services, Systems and Certification, and Oil, Gas & Chemicals. His last assignment within SGS was as Business Director - Oil, Gas & Chemicals Services.
Mr. Rajnish Kumar Singh
General Manager - Sales & Marketing
Mr. Rajnish Kumar Singh has more than 22 years of learning and exposure in the field of marketing & business development of laboratory services, molecular diagnostics & pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Shiva Analyticals, Mr. Singh was in International Business Development assignment with BioGenex, Business Development role at Vimta Lab Ltd., and Sales position at Panacea Biotec Ltd. having started his career in Sales functions of AstraZeneca Pharma India Ltd.
Mr. Singh is designated as GM Sales & Marketing and oversees entire Sales & Marketing operations & Customer Service activities & formulates growth strategy for Shiva Analyticals. Mr. Singh is a Science graduate from Calcutta University with a post-graduation in Business Management.
Mr. M. Sathya Moorthy
Deputy General Manager - QA
Sathya Moorthy carries 19 years of analytical experience on contract analytical services exclusively with quality systems from various contract research organizations. Currently he manages the quality systems at Shiva Analyticals. He has played a key role in establishing the quality systems meeting the cGMP standards for the pharma lab. He is also an NABL empaneled assessor as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and internal auditor trained in all these quality systems.
Mr. Sathya Moorthy, is a post graduate in applied chemistry from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, and worked for various contract research organisations like Eurofins-Advinus and Vanta Bioscience, wherein he gained proficiency in analytical method developments, verifications and method validations on various sample matrices.
Mr. S. Mallikarjuna Rao
General Manager- Ores & Minerals, and Food Services
Mr. S. Mallikarjuna Rao has post graduate degree in Analytical Chemistry with more than 34 years of hands on experience in Chemical Laboratories in India and Overseas. Is qualified NABL Assessor (ISO/IEC 17025) and qualified FSSAI - Senior Food Analyst. Trained on NABL 17034: 2016 - General requirements for the competence of reference material producers, NABL 17043: 2010 - General requirements for proficiency testing & Integrated Management Systems as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
Mr. S. Mallikarjuna Rao has worked in various testing & research laboratories including Vimta Labs, ITC, SGS, Bureau Veritas, Bhagavathi Ana Labs. Has rich experience in installation of sampling systems, setting up of the quality control and research laboratories, training and capability development for sampling and testing of Food and Agricultural Products, Industrial Pollution & Environment, Industrial Hygiene, Industrial Minerals, Metals, Energy Minerals and Geological Samples etc.
Mr. Avijit Maity
Head - Environment Lab Services, Lab Operations and Sales
Mr. Avijit Maity, head of our Environment Lab Services, Lab Operations and Sales, he is having 17 years of Professional experience in various Testing & Research laboratories, with a rich experience in Industrial Pollution, Environment, industrial hygiene studies, Medicinal Gas testing, and Clean Room Validations.
Mr. Avijit, is a Post graduate in Environmental Studies and worked in Contract Research Organizations in the past like SGS and Good Earth Enviro Care. He joined Shiva Analyticals in 2016 and running our lab successfully for the last 7 years.
Mrs. Manpreet Kaur Sabharwal
Head - Food Testing Services
Ms. Manpreet is heading Food Testing Services including Technical and Operations. Ms. Manpreet is a Post Graduate in Organic Chemistry with more than 19 years of professional experience in various Testing & Research laboratories such as Jubilant Chemsys, Mylan Laboratories, TUV-SUD South Asia, Auriga Pharma, AES Labs, and DS Group.
Ms. Manpreet is handling all sample testing requirements about the Food Industry as per the norms directed by FSSAI, APEDA, EIC, SFDA, BIS, etc. and is a certified auditor for OHSMS 18001.
Dr. N. Mahadevaiah
Business and Operational Head - Materials
Dr. N. Mahadevaiah has more than 18 years of Learning and Work experience in Research and Development, encompassing the synthesis of Materials, heterogeneous, and homogeneous Catalysts for the C-H activation in higher hydrocarbons, OSM, TWC, PROX, hydrogenation, dehydrogenation (including CO2 assisted), cross-coupling reactions, and bio-resource catalysis, green catalysis, and CO2 to fuels catalysis.
He has personal expertise in analytical chemistry, including physico-chemical, spectroscopic, and chromatographic analyses for determining composition and structural analyses on Metals, Ceramics, Polymers, Rubbers, Quartz, etc., prior to joining Shiva Analyticals, he worked as a senior researcher for SASOL and Johnson Matthey. He is a qualified Lead assessor for ISO 9001:2015 QMS. At Shiva Analyticals, Dr. Mahadevaiah is in charge of lab operations for materials. His Postdoctoral Studies were completed at CCI-UK and UKZN SA after completing his doctorate from IISc, Bangalore.
